It is a hard, sincere, dedicating process,
Where clay is moulded to a gem.

Bringing up a seed to a tree.
As a gardener tends, manures, weeds,
Waters, and protects the plant with care,
A teacher is behind to create a citizen.

Never an easy task to be an ideal teacher,
He who sacrifices own interest,
Always thinks about the welfare of the students,
Feeling elated in the success of the students.

Teachers are ladders to lift the students,
They are the candle to give light,
Second parent in school,
teaching beyond school syllabus,

Teaching is dealing with living beings,
Removing their unwanted behaviour,
Inculcating values and discipline, infusing good character.
